Space is the ultimate luxury
— Aaron Bohrer, AIA

At Archiscape, our practice of Architecture and Planning represents over 30-years of direct, boots on the ground, collaborating and leading the building programing, design, and construction process. We aim high. We will design your next building to fit within its cultural and contextual surroundings, delight its users and guests, function simply, and safeguard the natural environment with conscientious design decisions. Because our clientele is diverse, our design work is aesthetically diverse. We don’t design cookie-cutter buildings for the moment. We strive to make lasting architectural contributions to the built environment by creating spaces for people, for communities, for nature, for you.

  • Residential Spaces

Residential spaces can be varied and complex, at least this is our experience when working with our clients who represent all walks of life with multiple interests. We cherish our client relationships and work on behalf of their interests. We do not impose our personal design style but willingly share our design experience to manifest our client’s dreams and expectations. Our clients have a unique vision of their home. At Archiscape, we make our client dreams a reality.

  • Commercial Spaces

Commercial real estate projects are fundamentally different than custom residential projects, as this type of building development is a strategic business decision. In this regard, we have worked with real estate developers and property managers that informed our long view when designing for building performance. These key areas of experience coupled with a keen insight into a developer’s motivating business considerations of schedule and pro forma, are foundational cornerstones to understanding the risks and rewards of commercial development and what design priorities meet these requirements.

  • Commercial Housing

Hospitality, market rate multifamily, and condominium developments are project types driven by pro forma returns based on broad market considerations. We have experience with these externalities, on large and small scales, including high-rise, mid rise, and garden style housing developments. Our experience contributes to efficient design layout while considering downstream efficiencies, integrating investor expectations with building management.

  • Architectural Manifesto for the Coming Age

The word manifesto sounds revolutionary. Indeed, and that is precisely why we use the word to orient our philosophy. Because the world is rapidly changing and to remain relevant, architecture needs to evolve, too. This manifesto is written to document our thinking and our approach when making architecture. As our thinking evolves, so does our architecture.

  • Kudos

We have been busy providing architectural services to the general public. We appreciate the feed back and kudos for our efforts. The value of these accolades is the memorable and a positive reminders of client appreciation and their lasting built contributions in rural and urban landscapes. It is their building dreams that form our collective consciousness of what a home can be.

  • Ruminations

Years of practice and experience on a broad variety of architectural projects, provides us with an opportunity to review other works of architecture and practices within the profession and related industries. These ruminations are a collection of writings spanning a broad range of projects and topics, from book reviews to buildings, we welcome you to take a minute and reflect with us, on the built environment.
